A simple walk through Puerto Jiménez, looking for and identifying the multiple species of birds active around the town, enjoying the bright reds of the macaws and the greens of the parrots, among other species such as hawks, woodpeckers, toucans and many others that can be observed in our town.

This tour takes place in the morning from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or in the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Join us on the Horseback Riding Tour, starting with a transfer from Puerto Jiménez to the starting point. After meeting the guide and putting on the safety equipment, we mount our horses and begin the ride along a serene dirt road surrounded by forest and pastures, close to the forest reserve. During the ride, we will cross some rivers and enjoy impressive views of the Corcovado National Park and the Golfo Dulce. The return is along a wooded path that will take us back to the starting point and, subsequently, to Puerto Jiménez.

The tour includes a stop for a snack of fruits and water. No prior experience is necessary, as our horses are tame and well-trained for all levels of riders. It is recommended to wear long pants and closed shoes for your comfort and safety.

This tour has an approximate duration of 3 to 4 hours and can be done in the morning or in the afternoon.
